Ingredients: • 1½ pounds chicken breast tenderloins • 2 cups barbeque sauce (chef's choice) • 1½ teaspoons black pepper • ½ cup dark brown sugar • 1 tablespoon hot sauce • 1 teaspoon minced ginger • 1 teaspoon minced garlic • 9 tablespoons vegetable oil • 6-8 wooden skewers |

1. Soak the wooden skewers in a bowl of warm water for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the sauce by adding the barbeque sauce, pepper, hot sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger to a mixing bowl.
2. Place chicken tenderloins into sauce and coat well.
3. Push 1 skewer through 2 tenderloins. Repeat until you have 8 skewers.
4.Heat 3 tablespoons vegetable oil in sauté skillet over medium heat.
5. Once hot, add 3 skewers to the pan. Cook with lid on for 2-3 minutes. Then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Remove skewers from pan and repeat until all chicken has been cooked.
*It is best to wipe out some of the barbeque sauce from the pan before repeating so cleaning is easier when you finish. Add 3 more tablespoons of vegetable oil between cleaning and cooking.
6. Allow to cool a bit. Serve with our delicious No-Mayo Potato Salad this Labor Day!
