Ingredients: • 1½ tablespoons olive oil • ¼ cup grainy/course mustard • ¼ cup smooth dijion mustard • ½ cup honey • 1 tablespoon minced garlic • 2 teaspoons of black pepper • 1½ teaspoons dried rosemary • Fresh Brussel Sprouts (about 1 pound) |

1.Preheat oven to 450º F. Mix olive oil, mustards, honey, minced garlic, pepper, and dried rosemary together to make honey mustard sauce.
2. Slice the brussel sprouts in half. Add them to the sauce. Coat well.
3. Place brussel sprouts into the square oven dish.
(Pour the remaining sauce on top.) Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
