Cast Iron Dutch Oven (7 Qt.)

1. Fill Dutch Oven ¾ full of water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, add in potatoes and cook until tender. (8-10 min.)
2. Drain potatoes and allow to cool completely. The hard boiled eggs can be cooked in the Dutch Oven as well in this step.
3.In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, Old Bay seasoning, and dill. Blend well and set aside.
4. Return potatoes to Dutch Oven and toss with sauce, green onions, red onions, and chopped boiled eggs. Serve right from the stove to table in Dutch Oven!
