Stonewall Farmhouse Pancakes

Ingredients
• 2 large eggs
• 1½ cups whole milk 
• 2 cups Stonewall Farmhouse Pancake Mix
• 2 Tablespoons Butter (melted)
• Stonewall Kitchen Maine Maple Syrup
   (topping)
• Fruit for topping (optional)

1. Preheat griddle on stove on 2 synced burners (or two similar sized burners at same temperature settings) over medium heat. Mix egg, melted butter, and milk together in mixing bowl.

 2. Add in Farmhouse Pancake powder mix. Mix thoroughly.

 3. Once mixed, add ¼ cup of batter slowly to the griddle. You can use less or more depending on the pancake size you want.

 4. Flip pancakes over once the edges appear set and bubbles on top begin to pop. Cook for an additional 1 minute.

5. Remove pancakes from griddle once done. Serve with Stonewall Maine Maple Syrup.
