Ingredients: • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil • 1 small onion (sliced - 1 inch slices) • 1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced) • 1 green bell pepper (thinly sliced) • 1 yellow bell pepper (thinly sliced) • 2 pounds thin sirloin (chopped - 1 inch pieces) • 1 tablespoon steak seasoning (with garlic flakes) • 3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce • 6 hoagie rolls • 2 tablespoons softened butter • 8 provolone cheese slices

STAINLESS STEEL NON-STICK GRIDDLE
1. Preheat oven to 350º F. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in fry pan over medium-low heat. Once hot, add in sliced onions and bell peppers.
2. Cook until tender (about 8-9 minutes.) Transfer veggies to a bowl. No need to clean out the pan.
3. In a separate bowl, season chopped sirloin with steak seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Turn heat up on pan to medium-high heat.
4. Once hot, add in the beef.
5. Occasionally stir until cooked through and no longer pink (about 6 minutes.)
6. Drain off any excess liquid. Add veggies back to the pan and turn heat down to low. Add the sliced Provolone on top and mix until melted and mixed in evenly.
7. Prepare hoagies by cutting down the middle, but be sure not to slice all the way through. Arrange these on to the griddle.
8. Spread a bit of butter on the inside of the rolls and fill with cheesesteak.
9. Place griddle in oven and bake until rolls are toasted (about 8 minutes.)
