Ingredients: • 1 large acorn squash (seeded and sliced into ½ inch slices) • 2 tablespoons olive oil • 2 teaspoons salt • 1 tablespoon paprika • 2 teaspoons oregano
NON-STICK TRI-PLY HEAVY GAUGE STAINLESS STEEL GRIDDLE
1. Preheat oven to 375º F. Slice the squash in half and use a spoon to scoop out the seeds.
2. Slice the squash into slices (be sure to use a sharp knife for this.) Lay them out on the griddle
3. Coat the slices with olive oil and sprinkle on salt.
