NON-STICK TRI-PLY HEAVY GAUGE STAINLESS STEEL GRIDDLE |
1. Preheat oven to 375º F. Slice the squash in half and use a spoon to scoop out the seeds.
2. Slice the squash into slices (be sure to use a sharp knife for this.) Lay them out on the griddle
3. Coat the slices with olive oil and sprinkle on salt.
4. Add the paprika and oregano.
5. Bake in oven, uncovered for 20 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving. This side dish pairs wonderfully with our Bourbon Glazed Salmon & Wild Rice.
