Ingredients: ⢠1 (16 ounce) package jumbo biscuits ⢠1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded) â˘Â 8 fully cooked meatballs â˘Â 6 teaspoons prepared basil pesto ⢠Olive oil spray â˘Â 8 fresh rosemary stems (with leaves)     Cotton kitchen string
NON-STICK TRI-PLY HEAVY GAUGE STAINLESS STEEL GRIDDLE
1. Preheat oven to 375Âş F. Spray griddle with olive oil spray.
2. Use fingers to flatten and spread out 8 biscuits to 4½ inch diameter circles.
 3. Spread a bit of pesto sauce onto each biscuit. Sprinkle on 1½ teaspoons shredded cheese.
4. Place a meatball in the center of each biscuit.
 5. Fold the dough up around the meatball and pinch to seal.Â
6. Loosely tie string around biscuits, (not too loose or it won't resemble a pumpkin.) Repeat 2 more times, leaving 1 inch intervals in between. Place these on the griddle.

7. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and carefully pull off the strings.
8. Place a rosemary stem into the middle of each pumpkin.
