Ingredients for Pie Crust: |

1. For the PIE CRUST, mix together the flour, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl. Cut 2 sticks of cold butter into the mixture.
2. Add apple cider vinegar and ice water, then mix. Knead dough with hands until sticky. Form into ball. Cut in half ( you will only need half for this pie.)
3. Wrap in plastic wrap and keep in fridge for at least 1 hour.
4. For the PIE FILLING: Preheat oven to 350 ºF. Mix together flour and sugar. Add in the beaten eggs and melted butter.
5.Stir in chocolate chips, walnuts, vanilla and salt. Mix until well incorporated.
6. Remove dough from refrigerator. Use a rolling pin to flatten out and press into pie dish. Trim off excess dough and use fingers to crimp edges.
7. Add filling and bake for 40-45 minutes.
8. Remove from oven and allow to cool before cutting.
