Cheeseburger Quesadillas

Ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 12 flour tortillas
• 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
• 2 cups rainbow cherry tomatoes (sliced)
• 1 cup dill pickle slices
• ½ purple onion (thinly sliced)

1. Combine meat, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in the pan and cook over medium heat until fully browned.

2. Drain the meat to remove grease and set aside. Rinse out the pan so you can use it to prepare the quesadillas.

3. Add oil to the pan and heat over low-medium heat. Add one tortilla to the pan.

4. Sprinkle cheese to cover the tortilla and then add the crumbled ground beef.

5. Add a bit more cheese, then add 3 sliced onion rings, 4-5 sliced pickles, and 4-5 sliced cherry tomatoes.

6. Lastly, add a little more cheese and another tortilla on top. Cook for two minutes and flip.

7. Cook for another 2 minutes and then remove from pan. For this recipe size, repeat process 5 more times to make a total of 6 quesadillas.

8. For the sauce, mix together the ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, and paprika in a small bowl.

9. Cut into halves and serve with dipping sauce and lettuce! If feeding more, this recipe is easily doubled or tripled!!
