Ingredients • 2 packs pork loin back ribs (8 lbs. total) • 3 cloves garlic (crushed) • 2 teaspoons paprika • 1½ teaspoons cumin • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper • 1½ tablespoons dark brown sugar • 1½ teaspoons garlic powder • 5 tablespoons honey • Orange juice (1 medium orange worth) • 3 chipotle peppers (crushed) • 2 cups barbeque sauce (chef's choice) • 1 large red bell pepper (roasted)

STAINLESS STEEL ROASTER WITH NONSTICK RACK
(Rack is optional in the recipe.)

1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Line the roaster with foil. In a small bowl, mix the cayenne, paprika, garlic powder, brown sugar, and cumin. Set aside.
2. Coat the ribs in barbeque sauce.
3.Rub the spice mixture on top of the barbeque sauce until the ribs are well coated.
4. Cover with foil and place in oven for 2.5 hours. Meanwhile, combine honey, chipotle peppers, crushed garlic, and squeezed orange juice in small bowl.
5. Remove ribs from oven and brush honey chipotle sauce on top of ribs.
6. Place ribs back in oven on broil setting for 3 minutes.

7. Take ribs back out and allow to cool. Arrange the ribs about the roasted red bell pepper so that it looks like a rib cage and heart in the middle for a spooky setting!
