this pan is HOT!

Great lasting, healthy, quality materials, good looking pan. Nice smaller size. **Cut your cook time or temperature significantly; because this pan stays hot and still cooks for about 20 minutes after taking out of the oven!** Now that I've figured out the timing/temp, I feel like the pan saves me time and energy, too.

Beautiful

This oven dish is simply beautiful. And not breakable if dropped. I have only used it once and unfortunately did not do a trial run. The pan Way Overbaked my coffee cake even though I took it out before directions suggested. Did not realize until I went to serve it that it was like a hard rock. I will definitely need to be figuring out how to adapt my recipes to work with this dish. Other than that, as I said it is simply beautiful.
