I love my sauteuse pan! The short handles make it easier to lift than the long, single handle on typical stovetop pans. The tall sides make it perfect for vegetable medley dishes served on rice or pasta. The only downside is that the handles get hot fast, so don't forget to use your potholders.
This is a lovely piece of cookware. Works perfectly on my 30-year old induction cooktop. Cooks evenly. Cleans up well. I’m very happy with it.
