Actually, I made a gluten-free lemon tart for my daughter-in-law in my own Chantal dish, and Brenda liked the dish even more than the tart, so I ordered this one for her. We both shall use our Chantal dishes for years to come, I hope.

I have used this for years, and just bought a new one after my old one dropped on the kitchen floor and cracked in half. It is sturdy and evenly bakes deep-dish pies reliably year after year. It cleans up very easily, too, with little sticking. I expect I’ll be using this well-made replacement for another 20 years or so!
Several years ago, I purchased a Chantal Deep Dish Pie cookware and it has been wonderful. I still have it and still use it. I needed another one and I really did think that the company was still operating, I took a chance and googled the company's name and I was able to go on their website! I ordered 2 Deep Dish Pie cookware, 1 to use for baking cornbread and the other for baking pies! These Deep Dish Pie cookware are made of very good quality and they are very durable! I think I'll order 2 more, I truly love these cookwares!
