This 13" x 16.5" rectangular baker is our largest size and is perfect for when you've got the full family to feed! Due to it's higher sides (2.75") it makes a great lasagna pan but can also be used as an open roaster for turkey, roast beef or ham.

EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE

I have the Chantal red enamel on steal pan set and love it so I tried the REISS pans. I love them so much. Food browns and crisps better. They are so solidly built. I bought them for my kids and they love them too. I spray the pan with natural cleaner to soak and if needed use baking soda to scrub with. Truly a special heirloom piece.

The first one looks nice after continuous use since I purchased it 1 year ago. The dish roasts vegetables well.

High Sided Oven Dish

This dish is nice but I really did not pay attention to details. Not your fault but mine. I was expecting a ceramic dish. I was trying to replace my Chantal casserole dish that I broke. It was my favorite. So I was a little disappointed when I received my order.

Nice and Large

It will make a nice sized pan of lasagne and is large enough for roasting. Looking forward to using more!
