Very Disappointed

I bought this kettle thinking it was functional....and it looked sharp.
The whistle did not work. I returned it to the store, and they replaced it. The new one is worse. Does not whistle, AND constantly dribbles when pouring.

Dont waste your money

I have had this kettle for a year and a half and it has already accumulated rust spots. Even after shaking out the kettle after using, water gets trapped in the inside rim. This kettle was designed very poorly. Not only does it fail to whistle half of the time, you get scalded with water when opening the spout. For such an expensive item, I am thoroughly disappointed.

I use my Kettle on a daily basis. Annnd yes, I have on few occasions left it on the stove top long enough to dry out. It is durable and reliable. I clean it with a stainless steel cleaner. Over the years it has become tarnished. I highly recommend this tea kettle.
