I love these pans. Good cooks evenly, it doesn’t burn and the food just slides off. Cleaning is a breeze too
Wow. I have never owned a fly pan as nifty as the Induction 21 steel fry pan. I think it’s advertised as 5 qt. I wish it was made 60 years ago when I was first married. It is a dream. It cooks everything effiiently. It browns more perfectly than any other fry pan I’ve ever owned or used. It is a dream to clean up in a flash with very little effort. I’m so happy I ordered it. Thank you Chantal.
I inherited a ceramic-coated pan from my parents when I got my own place. Years later, I asked my mom the brand because it remains the only pan that is consistently easy to clean AND cooks everything perfectly. I understand some of the "weight" issues (aka, the handle is a little heavier than it needs to be on the 8"), but... honestly, these are the absolute best pans ever and I want more sizes!
They are nice. I am disappointed in the weight of them and the color is a bit unappealing. Darker colors make food appear richer. Silver does not do anything for asthetics
