Mar-yannu Hathory When searching for the replacement base for my kettle, email response was really fast. The link I needed was provided, and I easily found the base. Delivery was also fast. I have had this electric kettle for over 5 years and it works perfectly and is beautiful. The only reason I needed the replacement base was a new puppy climbed onto the kitchen counter and nibbled the cord. Otherwise, this has been reliable and elegant. A great company.
