I am returning the whistle kit. I purchased with one of their kettles and it did not fit. Why is there only one size on the whistle kit? Why would the site let me purchase the two products together. Hard to know. Disappointed.
Needed a replacement and while it worked I was shocked at the cost of the part and then the shipping and handling added on top made it pretty high .
If this one fails again I will not replace it as not worth the total cost

I received the new whistle very fast and my kettle is as good as new ! It was very easy to replace. I also got a new handle hot mitt. It’s perfect too!
We’ve had a stainless steel kettle for decades and it gets daily use. While the original harmonica whistle lasted for a long time, I’m about to order my third replacement. They last a few months but the backing plate falls off, and you need to go through the exercise again. The spot welds seem to rust out pretty readily, a quality flaw that could be fixed with a little attention.
