Beautiful , functional piece for healthy cooking

I have not tried my roasting pan yet ( that what I am going to use for ) . It looks like sturdy quality piece like every Chantal enamel on steel piece I own. I ordered 3 pieces of this collection. I wish I have seen the smallest one 8x8” while ordering, I am so sad I missed it.

Excellent sheet pan

First off I have a large oven and the sheet pan works beautiful. We love roasted vegetables and it is perfect. I made a complete dinner next and it was perfect. I made salmon, broccoli and potato wedges. I have also made 2 round loaves of crusty bread and a large pizza. Cleanup has been a breeze. Love this pan and my 2 smaller ones.

Giant Baking Tray

This is a VERY large Sheet Pan! Double check your oven size before you order it. It works in mine just fine, it is BIG! It has plenty of room for a Sheet Pan dinner for a family or a very nice Sheet Pan pie to take for a crowd. Cleans up easily. BTW - There are a couple of what look like manufacturing holes in the rim (perhaps to hang it?), but it is really nicely made.
