Fair but fine

Would love a more customer friendly return policy but I'll blame my husband for not noticing when purchasing. The company was still very reasonable in accepting an exchange and I love the kettle I ended up with in the end. The matte finish is really easy to clean, kettle has a nice whistle and the wood handle stays nice and cool.
